If that is fake and computer generated then that guy needs to be working in Hollywood. That is better then most of what we see from them.
Watch the part where he is flying in formation with the Mustang and Skyrader, pause it at 3:58 and look at the angle between his plane and the cartoon generated planes, no way that is real. Look at 5:20 as half of the hud becomes invisible... Maybe he put the stealth switch on... Also look at how loose his chest strap is, and when he goes inverted it doesn't move along with his oxygen tube. There is another one similar to this that is out there that is also fake, basically where he does a takeoff and max climb then rolls out. The way the gound zooms away is so fake.

In this version you can select the camera view. Piloted by Maj. John “Rain” Waters.

Don't know but it looks as if there are at least 2 cameras at work here and possibly spiced together which would account for part of the HUD missing.
While performing in Oshkosh, the team’s commander, Maj. John “Rain” Waters, put together one hell of a cockpit video specifically for your viewing pleasure.

This was the camera used - a 360-degree Camera with 5.7K/30fps Resolution and 4K Spherical Stabilization.
The action camera captured a stabilized video regardless of camera movement along with accelerometer data to show the g-load sustained by the pilot while flying the display routine.

That's to good to be fake. Two cameras for sure. I see one over his right shoulder and the wide angle lenses also make it look a little artificial like a GoPro. Bottom line, that is some great footage and detail all around.
