I swear I created a thread for this year but can't find one. So here it is.
Lt. Cols. "Duece" and "Francis", 125th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron from Tulsa, Oklahoma serving under the 455th Expeditionary Operations Group, flew F-16 Fighting Falcons with tail numbers 017 and 076 in honor of Independence Day, July 4, 2018 over Bagram, Afghanistan. Inpendence Day is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. The Continental Congress declared that the thirteen American colonies regarded themselves as a new nation, the United States of America, and were no longer part of the British Empire. Heading to Bagram?

These F-16s from the 114th Fighter Wing delivered a little sound of freedom as they passed through AUAB on their way to support operations in Southwest Asia. We aren't mad about it.
Our central location makes us a well-traveled location for aircraft transiting throughout the AOR. Happy #tailtuesday!
