I work with the Pueblo Weisbrod Aircraft Museum. We just acquired 80-0499 from AMARC. Our restoration folks would like to obtain a copy of the 1F-16A-4-51 IPB. To who should I make the request to obtain this and other related maintenance publications?

I would think either the USAF or Lockheed Martin directly.

I would recommend you contact the Falcon Hotline folks at 801-777-0812 for they work in the same Bldg as what is stated in the attachment.. And I was seeing this statement on the front page of most F-16 T.O. I looked at.

To help you never forget, the last four '0812' came from the Van Halen Album OU812. When the Falcon Hotline folks were setting up shop at Hill AFB, due to splitting up the team between Hill and Wright-Patt, they wanted a phone number easy to remember and just so happened that 777-0812 was available... and the rest is history
