Hello,

Has anyone used/seen collapsible boarding ladders for F-16s block 30? I was told AMUs actually use these types of ladders.

Thank you in advance.

The only collapsible boarding ladders I've seen for F-16's are the ones that fall apart when they are not properly maintained...
Fixed MM II real property for 4 years and 4 days,
Fixed F-16's for 31 years,
Fixed my truck last night,
I fix stuff.

Here at Edwards the Netherlands F-16 uses a ladder similar to this one.

The hand rails are not as big or tall. But the forward wheels collapse. And it lays flat.

There are also some collapsible ladders that break down into 2 pieces and use a pin to join them. No handrails, just foot posts that are staggered. It is very similar to what the Tbirds use on their jets, only more simple. I will try and get a picture of the ones we have at our unit and use only on TDY's.
