Does anyone have a F-16AM-Nl Dutch version of the cockpit arrangement diagram of the M4 cockpit arrangement. I have a Belgium version but would like to get a Dutch one.

Hmm, first link is just a collection of numerous blocks and country versions.
Second link is the old pre-MLU version, where I believe he is searching for the MLU M4 version.
Didn't search super hard but didn't immediately find anything useful regarding recent cockpit layout on the last url.
Maybe you can try viperpits.org? A lot of Dutch people on their with at least some that are making their Dutch MLU version.

You can also contact Raymond Peters. He has build - together with his brother - a full-size and perfect replica of a Dutch F16 AM flightdeck, that could be seen on the famous Dutch "FsWeekend" (at EHLE) and RNLAF Open Airforce Days 2017 (at EHLW).

Nope, major hardware update with M5 was the replacement of the INS with the EGI (enhanced GPS INS) and new type DTE (Data Transfer Equipment) for the new ADTC (Advanced Data Transfer Cartridge).
Greetings to you all at the NSA and everybody else who is reading this on ECHELON.
