Private flights F-16
It looks like only one company has ever privately owned a F-16, they went under and now the F-16A they owned is used as a high school mascot at a football field. I dunno if you could workout a ride with NASA or the USAF, I bet if your offered to pay the price of the entire flight they might consider it , but the F-16 has a CPFH of like $20,000 so a pretty expensive joy ride.

I think most of the customers of the Russian joyrides are European or even American, most Russians can't afford it.

Ok. Thanks for the answers. Too bad there are no such flights.
Flight MIG-29, it costs about $ 20,000, so little Russians can afford such a flight.
And what other planes do you recommend? Such as you can fly as a passenger. Is still organized interesting flights?
I am mainly interested in fighters.
Sorry - my English is not good.

Wow, that's incredible, a flight in an F-4D Phantom II!!!!!!
That would be like a dream come true.
I wonder if they are ever going to put in a standard J79-15 in that D model they fly. It has one normal engine and a different one, and it does not howl that much as a normal J79'd F-4D does in low mil power. Any one know why they have that one weird engine in it???
Anyways thanks a million for that link.
