Certainly interesting, but I don't think that just applying the stuff to the surface of a wound would do the casualty much good. Pressure dressings have less potential for complications than chemical Quik-Clot. This is a neat idea, but ultimately not very practical in my trained but nonprofessional estimation.

You could wind up with some doped Jarheads if this thing activated accidentally. LOL
