There was another attack today against the USS Mason. Again failed with missiles spoofed/shot down. USS Mason retaliated with cruise missiles:

USS Nitze fired 3 Tomahawks at radar sites in Yemen
U.S. President Barak Obama has authorized the Pentagon to conduct strikes in Yemen and USS Nitze was ordered to fire three BGM-109 Tomahawk cruise missiles at radar sites in Yemen on Oct. 13.
The Pentagon said in a statement that these radars were active during previous attacks and attempted attacks on ships off the coast of Yemen.

If you read through it it's more "damning with faint praise". Basically, "hurrr expensive, unproven, Cold War relic. Decrepit as it is I guess it sorta works- against a 3rd world country with old stuff."
