The Houthis are master BS-ers, so we don't know much from their video as to whether this was an AShM attack, or an attack from the small boats that were tracking it. They have shown plenty of AShM launches in the past, claiming to have hit UAE/Saudi ships, when in reality all the previous attacks failed (a testament to both the validity of stealth ship designs and counter-measures working well).

In this case, the damage seems to be done mostly by fire, but if it was a C-802 that hit it, it probably failed to explode or passed through the ship, with the fuel igniting.
