Custom scale models - Where to get?

I need some help with some things

My and my father are both crewchiefs in the Indiana ANG. He is getting ready to retire soon and I wanted to get him a scale modle of his plane. With our tail flash and Code letter and his Tail number and such. Does anyone know where I can get this done at. I want something that is a good size too. I don't know scale stuff that well. Does anyone know someone who does custom work like this and how long it takes?

Well I guess I can summarize what I wrote to Racer:

I've been an avid modeler for 24 of my 27 years, and I am currently working on several F-16 kits. If anyone is interested, I kindly offer my services if anyone has a special F-16 they'd like custom built. My work can be seen in other threads in this forum, and if anyone would like to see pics of my finished F-16 (which is currently only one, but as I said, I have others on the way) just say the word. I don't have other pics of other models I have done as well. Just contact me directly if you'd like to talk about a custom build.
