Guy, I need some advice, I have a Academy 1/32 F-16I Sufa, this was a second hand kit and is missing the standard intake and intake sides. (this means i can not make the F-16I SUFA I think)

The academy kit however does come with the additional parts required to make the big mouth intake and the F110-GE129 Nozzle and these are all there.

So now I have to find and F-16D that is fitted with a Big mouth intake and GE129 Engine / Nozzle, this I think would be a block 52.

Can any of you guys give me an example of a F-16 D blk 52 as above so I can source some decals and look at paint schemes, South Korea?, Israel?, Greece?

Kind Regards

Danny

Hello, Since your missing the NSI "small mouth" intake parts Building a Block 52 will not be possible. Any Blk that ends with a 2 IE, Blks 32,42 and 52 are all NSI Pratt & Whitney jets.
However, You can use the MCID "Large mouth" intake and the GE nozzle and build a D model Viper Blks 30,40 and 50,
I'm currently building the Sufa kit backdated as a Blk 30 F-16D from the 178th FW. I took a very different approach to my build by grafting a Tamiya largemouth intake to the Academy fuselage...It made a world of difference on the overall look of the kit!
I have the NSI intake parts from the Sufa kit. If you are located in the U.S....Contact me and I'll hook you up!

Hi Mike, just to confirm the parts i need, they can all be packed in a small padded bag, they will not get damaged, that will reduce the cost.

D79, Intake Mouth
C1, C2 Intake Tube
D62 Intake Left
D63 Intake Right
D81 Intake Top
