Stricter Moderation - PEBKAC issues resolved

Due to some 'PEBKAC issues' not all sub forums were strictly moderated. From now on, reported posts and reported users will be much quicker followed up upon.

We have recently banned quite a few users, and some of them should have been banned at least a year ago. With a stricter moderation now, this should not happen again.

So please do report posts and now we will look into it right away. You can also always send me a personal note on a misbehaving users, in which case I will respond in person.
