In the 1982 Israeli war against Syria and Lebannon, Israeli F-16s downed 40 Syrians planes while no Israeli plane was destroyed in a dog-fight.

Some general dates:

February 7th - 8th 2000:
Operation 'Lapid Eitan': IDF/AF F-16's attack infrastructure targets deep in Lebanese territory for two consecutive nights. The operation, code-named "Lapid-Eitan" (Eitan's Torch), was launched after serious violations of the security understandings reached after operation "Grapes of Wrath".

Asif, The F-16's were used throughfully the Lebanese\Syrian campaign from June 1982 to October 1982 (Among Kfirs, Phantoms and Skyhawks).

I agree, this is well documented, but with the timeline we are trying to get actual events on a date basis, rather than in the context of a 'year' or over a period of months..

For example I'll be updating the timeline with actual events of PAF F-16's engaged in Air to Air shoot downs with dates, names and scores. you can use that as a template to come up with details of events between Jun 82 - Oct 82
