Flies with SC ANG in F-16s. The Swamp foxes of the 169th Fighter Group of the South Carolina National Guard from McEntire ANGB won the 1995 Low Country Bomb Derby. The Block 15 F-16D equiped unit walked away with both bombing awards - the main trophy for combined four-ship scores and the top two-ship award. The team had also the highest combined team score in strafing. Lt. Col. Jet Jernigan, Maj. Doug Monjeau, Lt. Col. Dick Noble, and Jeff Smiley were members of the winning team. Noble and Smiley won the two-ship formation.
