This was the second aircraft to carry the Sabre One nose art. It is the commanders aircraft marked 10 TFS and was seen at the 1991 Paris air show. The art was applied to this aircraft for the Paris show because the first aircraft to receive the markings, 84-1315, was being prepared to go to the 163rd FS. Charles Arroyo was the artist drew both nose art with colored grease pencils. MSGT Charles Arroyo advises one can tell the difference in the nose art by how far the cloak comes down the panel. On aircraft 84-1310 the cloak came to the bottom of the aircraft panel. This aircraft was unable to deploy for Desert Storm.

This is the original aircraft to wear the 'Sabre One' nose art drawn on with colored grease pencils by USAF Charles Arroy. Sabre One art was also applied to 84-1310, the boss bird, but painted after the war as 84-1310 did not go. MSGT Charles Arroyo advises one can tell the difference in the nose art by how far the cloak comes down the panel. Aircraft 84-1310, the second one drawn, the cloak came to the bottom of the aircraft panel. The first Sabre One cloak didn't come to the bottom so left room for small text of "To the Men And Women of the FIGHTIN' TENTH."

A UH-60A (78-23015) was shot down trying to rescue the F-16 pilot. Five of its crew died while three where taken prisoner. The aircraft carried nose art at the time applied for the war. Art was a blond woman in a white bikini lying sideways on the left side of the aircraft under the canopy.
