Belgian F-16 Runs of Runway

February 24, 1999 (by Lieven Dewitte) - On February 25th, a Belgian 2W Tac F-16 (FA-118) crashed on landing. At touch-down the nose wheel turned to the right while the plane was still at a high speed. The nose wheel broke, and the F-16 ran of the runway with his nose in the ground. The pilot is safe but the aircraft is badly damaged.
