Nose-wheel collapsed after the towbar disengaged and the gear dropped into the sand besides the taxiway at Aalborg AB. Damage was minor and the aircraft was repaired quickly.

Aircraft departed controlled flight during an air combat exercise forcing Captain Allan O. Jensen to eject. Wreckage of the aircraft went into the North Sea 28 miles west of Thyorøn, Denmark. He was rescued by an S-61A

Overshot the runway at Bagram, Afghanistan and ended up in a minefield. Pilot ejected safely and the aircraft had nose gear torn off. A US Army CH-47D recovered the F-16 back to its Afghan base. A Royal Danish C-130H carried the disassembled parts back home for repairs.

At 12:00 hours the aircraft suffered a landing accident. During touch and go's the landing gear collapsed and belly landed on the runway. It slid staying straight and almost centerd to the landing strip. The damage was reported to be minimal.

A double main wheel tire explosion during landing caused the aircraft to leave the runway with substantional damage to the nose section. It is repairable though.
