I'm in the camp that says you don't start a V-22 or F-22 program to begin with, if you're only going to buy 180 and if you do end up buying 170-180... then someone involved at the top should be held accountable for poor management/planning so that future poor plannings are not repeated and not the trend setting norm!!!
Put me in the camp supporting to replace the first 100 Raptors, at least, with additional zero defects. Otherwise, some butts should be shelved, sorry. |
