Hello guys and girls, I was wondering, has anyone got any F-16 audio recordings from any shootdowns that occured (or camera footage)? I have the F-14 VS MiG-23 audio and another one where an F-15 shoots down a MiG-29 during Allied Force. I looked almost everywhere and didn't find anything for the F-16, i am not sure if it exists or classified or something. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

Can't help you with the F-16 recordings - would love to know where you got the F-15 & F-14 footage though (I've heard snippets of the F-14's vs the MiG's before but thats about it).

There used to be several websites which had audio of actual air combat, only one of which still operates (that I know of). I found a site which still has the encounter against the MiG-23's 1/4/89, URL;
http://www.ka8vit.com/sd/shootdown.htm

This web page once had the audio of the encounter of the F-14A's versus the Libyan Su-22's but, I couldn't hear it well enough to understand what was being said.
The video of the encounter of the F-14A's versus the MiG-23's is on You Tube, at least one has the entire seven minute version that you can download. I have video tape of the F-14A's versus the MiG-23's that was broadcasted on ABC's program Niteline, CNN also broadcasted the video. I have no equipment to transfer the video tape to a MPEG or WMV file.

I have not found a website any other sites with the audio (or video) of American fighters in combat, other than You Tube! I searched You Tube "Galeb F-16" and found this encounter as well as the F-16D versus the Iraqi MiG-25. Both of these lose alot due to no audio.

The F-16 versus the Galebs -no audio, video only??

The F-16D versus the Iraqi MiG-25 (12/27/92) -no audio, video only??
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0rm_n8G3 ... re=related

The audio of the F-16D which used the first AMRAAM to shoot down an Iraqi MiG-25 in December 27, 1992 by Capt. Gary North used to be on-line but, the sites that contained it no longer are operational. There is a transcript at the URL;
