Hello all,
Just came across this article on the web - pretty interesting.
http://www.pats-world.com/gulfwar/abdr-f16.htm
The article says "It flew back to it's home base, somewhere in Bahrain...." The 4th and 421st TFS were based at Al Mindhat in the UAE.
Later on, on the 21st Sept 1994 Capt. Michael D. Goldfein ejected safely from 88-0488 12 miles west of Hill AFB, Utah; she was subsequently recorded as w/o. Then operated by the 388th FW / 421st FS.
Greetings,
Henrik. |

Hi all,
According to my information, 88-0488 was repaired by SABCA in Belgium and returned to CONUS 22jan92.
HTH,
Joris |
