This is an older class patch for class 89-04 which was part of the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training program at Sheppard AFB, Texas. It is guaranteed authentic as it was obtained directly at the 80th FTW. It was found in a locker and no one wanted it so its up for grabs! This patch is in brand new condition! It has a plastic backing and is about 5 inches tall. Please look at my other items as I have also listed several other neat patches. This patch is for collection purposes only. Thanks for looking!

I see now on eBay several ENJJPT patches with this text.
So detailed: Class 89 -04. "It is guaranteed authentic" - "it has a plastic backing".
Is this authentic ???
Some of these patches were sold for over $ 100 !!.
My question is: did the patchdesigner in 1989 use plastic backing??

| I can tell you from experience that even in the early 80's my squadrons were issuing plastic backed patches. The idea was to iron them first so the plastic kind of held and then you could sew them without the pins, etc. My ex-wife did this all the time. Whether yours is authentic is up for debate, but plastic backed doesn't always mean fake. |
