Can anyone tell me if the F-16As with the 56th TFW always had the tail stripe slightly down the fin with a white border? Or did they initially have the stripe at the top of the fin like the 388th TFW at Hill?

If anyone has any images that illustrate this I would be extra grateful.

In 85 the stripe was down on the vert stab and did not have a white border, borders and squadron names came a few years later. I do not ever remember seeing a picture with the top of the vert stab painted. I was there 85-93
