Some of you may have seen this, but for those who haven't its worth 15 minutes of your time. Bill Engvall the comedian had a chance to fly with the T-birds and has turned the experience into a skit. Enjoy!

Kinda funny,

Obviously that sortie touched his life, and he disseminated it to a wider audience.

I didn’t like some of his stereotyping and I think that sortie would have done better with any active duty youngster that never has been flown in a fighter.

Keep the “rides” within the “FIRM” … ever seen the movie?

Makes sense, take care of your own first.

I wholeheartedly agree with taking care of your own, but also remember the mission of the Thunderbirds is recruitment. This sortie will, as you said, expose the AF to a broad range of folks, thus accomplishing their mission. Just my 2 cents.

That's hilarious and look at this guys audience, most and/or some of them didn't know what an F-16 was until he talked about his ride, GREAT USAF publicity. I never got a Viper ride but I did get an F-4D ride and puked like a Mo Fo and was on 100% O2 most of the time, he made it believable at least.

There's some of the cockpit tape on one of the videos on YouTube that I didn't link to. He's got his mask on and visor down, but you can sure see him reaching for the 100% O2 after the 9G profile Twisted Evil
