Hello folks!

I need help in obtaining some history of some patches on my hompage. I've scanned the patches and included them in this new topic. Any help would do.

Also, for trading go to my new and improved F-16 site at:

http://home.no/erikbye

and tradeAWAY!

Thanks everyone!

Jon

BAF 40 Sqn Sea King SAR Sqn based at Koksijde
BAF Air Cadets. Not Sqn related. As written on patch a cadet moral patch from 1997
USN Tailhook 91 is not a Sqn patch. But for the infamous Tailhook meeting held a Vegas by Navy pilots
Allied Force NATO AWACS 2 Sqn - Geilenkirchen, Germany

Hello again!

I need more help ID'ing some Patches. The BAF patch I have not seen anywhere else, so any info would be of interest. It is a 350 sqd patch I believe, but more history on the patch would be helpful

About the 2 Simpsons patches, info on sqd etc and country would also be nice. I guess the USA for the "boom operator patch" and maybe France for the Mirage patch.

Hope to hear from you!

Cheers

Jon

The Mirage F1-C patch is definitely French. But I can't tell you which Sqn. Could be from any of the following 4 Sqn's

EC 01.030 - Alsace
EC 02.030 - Normandie-Niémen

both based at Colmar AB

ER 01.033 - Belfort
ER 02.033 - Savoie

based Reims.

My best guess its from the Colmar based F-1 Sqns.
