I think plasticard is the word I use for the same thing.

AIM-7 seems to be the larger one. 0.79mm difference (in 1/32) isn't much.

Yes Evergreen has what you want. When building the launchers just look at the pictures in the F-16.net posting I provided. It's very easy to convert or build your own.
The 7's are larger around, see my previous post for the size which I provided.
Check out this site for more details on the bigmouth/small mouth.
