I like 'em! My nephew is a rookie Super Bug driver at NAS Oceana. Of course, I've already let him know that there are only two types of airplanes, F-16s and targets. "Which fo you fly?"

Hi,
Rock on F/A-18s. Besides being my favourite plane I think they are one of the most popular planes around the world today. If you think about it almost every airforce has them.

Hi
I like the F-18, especally the swiss Air Force F-18.
On october 10th and 11th 2005 i was at the Axalp shooting event , held at the Ebenfluh shooting range above Axalp in the middle of the swiss alps.
This event is an training for the swiss pilots to learn to handle the canon of the F-18. They shoot on 3 different targets. The spectators are very close to the action, the ground target was only 60 meters away from us.
Some pics of the event:

4 F-18 of the 11th wing flyby after complete shooting:

Nice effects!
