Based on what I Googled from Latin translators:
CLASSIS CAECE: DARK SECRET (?)
DE MULTE NOCTE: OF MANY NIGHTS
NOLI ROGARE: REFUSE ENTRY (?)
Plus the star in the SW USA, perhaps NM or AZ? Maybe the patch is from the US Customs or Border Patrol? Maybe even from a US Army unit based at Ft. Huachuca AZ that does ELINT and SIGINT work? |

| Someone mentioned the SW USA star, thought it was at White Sands. And the total of seven stars was also alluded to as a reference for some space-based defense system. |
