It’s a fake because I can understand what they are saying.
If it were real they would have such a strong accent I could only understand about 1/3 of the words they say. Another problem is the guys on the phone seem to know what they are talking about; instead they should be mindlessly reading from a scripted flow chart tree from the computer. |

| I've more than once ouright refused to speak with the person on the phone because I couldn't understand a word they were saying. I kept telling them to give me to another person. Even that was a chore. |
