After the Have Blue program of which Lockeed won, the USAF gave Northrop the "Tacit Blue" contract and kept a talented design team together. Now that the USAF selected the YF-22 over the YF-23, has Northrop gottened any contract to keep the design team together?

Your post sounds like it's over 10 years old, but the date says otherwise. Anyway, I believe Northrop Grumman have focused on non-fighter military aircraft since losing the ATF competition. I think they have a UAV project in the works right now and they did produce a prototype for a forward-swept wing bomber (the Switch Blade, I believe it was called). As for fighters, I don't think you'll see any manned ones coming out of Northrop Grumman for quite some time, if ever.

I did a little checking after Raptor One's suggestion about Northrop's UAV programs, thank you. I found information about the X-45 (with Boeing), X-47A Pegasus, X-47B J-UCAV, X-48 Killer Bee, RQ-8 Fire Scout helo UAV, USAF's RQ-4B Global Hawk and, US Army RQ-5 Hunter and, other UCAV programs.
