South Korea, for one. I got qual'ed on them while I was there. They have F-5E Tiger II's, really a bad-a$$ little airplane, and the drag chute was a helluva lot easier to install than on the F-4's!

Both the swiss and austria uses the F-5 E/F

Switzerland has leased some jets to austria, as they have retierd their SAAB Draken's and the EF-Typhoons have yet to be deliverd.

Switzerland also has sold off some F-5E's to the US for use as Agressors. They have been given F-5N designation and vary a little from the US jets as they have a diffrent nose/radome.

I'm not sure about Chile, but Mexico still uses F-5's, so does Iran,Thailand,Singapore, and I think Taiwan still has some.

Chile operates 15 F-5 E/F Tiger III Plus. Brazil is just about to complete the modernisation program of 48 F-5 E/F to the F-5M pattern. Both air-forces may have the most advanced F-5s operating worldwide, with 4th generation avionics, provided by Elbit and Elta of Israel. Both countries use Python and Derby missiles from Rafael too. The birds are to be operational until 2015 in Chile and 2020 in Brazil.
Today, 26 countries of 33 still are operating the F-5: Austria, Bahrain, Botswana, Brazil, Chile, Greece, Honduras, Indonesia, Jordania, Kenya, Korea, Malaysia, México, Morocco, Norway, Filipinas, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Tunisia, USA, Venezuela e Yemen (information Northrop Grumman).
