I don't know of any cases over here where it has actually gone to court to test the clause, so if there is a precedent in the US, that would be interesting to know.

To Steve: Please understand: a-sidharta is from Jakarta, Indonesia. And not from England or United States. In fact, worldwide there are some different copyright laws with enough room to avoid all of these rules. (See Nike or Adidas sport shoes from China, Thailand and ...) Wink
