Is this physically possible? Is the C/J wired to handle this load out?

1 AGM-65 on stations 2 & 8
2 GBU-12's on 3
3 BSU-49's on 7
Drop tanks on 4 & 6
2 AIM-9's on 1 & 9

Thanks.

No AGM-65s on sta. 2/8 that is for sure. GBUs on sta.3/7 or a mix with a J-type weapon is possible. Drop tanks on 4/6 no problem there, but most likely for combat operations there would be AIM-120s on 1/9.

Greetings,

Henrik.

No only A/A missiles on 2 & 8. No hard point for bomb racks.

A/A load out
Stations 1,2,3,7,8,9

A/G load out
Stations 3,4,6,7

Mix of A/A and A/G
A/A 1,2,8,9
A/G 3,7
Fuel 4,5,6

Realistic load out for USAF
A/A 1,2,8,9
A/G 3,7
Fuel 4,6
ECM 5

Non-USAF
Station 5 Air to Ship missiles.

Hey ACMIguy,

I am sorry to say, my friend, but no missiles of any kind on export Vipers on sta 5!!

Norwegian Vipers use the Penguin anti-ship missiles on sta. 3/7.

Other nations like Singapore and Taiwan use AGM-84 versions also on sta 3/7.

Users like the Danish air force use AGM-65s as anti-ship weapons also on sta. 3/7.

Greetings,

Henrik.

Hi Guy's

My questions are related to making a scenario work out realistcally, if creative license is used it would not be too much of a stretch. The secenario incorporates a Weasel duo traveling roughly 200nm round trip at 300ft with 3 minutes loiter. (limited burner). The bait plane with 2 AGM-88's and his buddy with 1 AGM-65 on 3/7 and 2 GBU-12's on 4 and 3 BSU-49's on 6. I understand the drop tanks are SOP, but if they were left off is the second load out possible? Will the C/J accept that config?

Thanks again.

Senator,

The load-out of the wing man sounds unrealistic to me. If You want to make it as realistic as posisble You need tanks on sta. 4/6 an optional ECM pod (ALQ-131 or ALQ-184) on sta. 5 and then two GBU-12s on fx. sta. 3 mounted on a TER-9A in "slant two" configutation and on fx. sta. 7 a BRU-57 with two GBU-38s. Sta. 3/7 can be reversed, of cause.

Greetings,

Henrik.

Henrik,

Thanks, I am seeking the visual coolness of the the ballutes, much like the snakeyes of old. The ECM pod will be included on 5. The goal is to destroy two ZSU-23's at low level on the approach to mop up an SA-2 site, drop the BSU's on 3 remaining SA-2 launchers and employ the 2 GBU-12's on targets of opportunity. Will C/J take the load listed above? Is it physically possible eventhough it's realism is a reach?

Thanks again for your insight.
