Congratulations!!! I'm glad that all of the red tape finally was worked out for you!!!! The struggles along life's journey are what builds character and allow us to enjoy the rewards all that much more. After all that you have been through, I'm am proud that you have not lost your faith or belief in this, our great country!!! You are a true citizen now, in every sense! Enjoy it!
Also, please watch your six while you are down there. I have heard some of the stories from down there and seen some of the guys that are transitioning through Landstuhl on their way back home or back down there. Keep your head down and stay alert!
