I love this guy, the most notable piece of work for me was the Jammin in New York in 92
Here what I am talking about

I really like the older works of George Carlin. A part of me wanted to post some of his works, unfortunately he often uses language that I would consider inappropriate, particularly for children. A lot of what he says is offensive, but the way he often puts things in there is a deeper meaning.
Since you made the precedent, I will post more.
Be forewarned that the videos contain explicit language.
I don't agree with much of the content, but some of it I agree with. Even much of the stuff that I disagree with, he can make a point or have such an odd view of things, I find it relatively intellectual.
Unfortunately much of his later work was focusing on the explicit language, and seemed to lose much of the intellectual depth. I think that's much of the reason is TV program failed.

I really liked some of his even earlier work, "icebox man" (the refrigerator), and “the fussy eater”. In some cases I actually prefer the bleeped versions.
Some of his stuff I think shouldn't be bleeped. Like his euphemism for fussy eater. |

I've always liked what he says in response to "getting on the airplane."
"Who the f#ck am I? Evel Knievel? I wanna get IN the plane!" |

| He's an adult comic, and as such, uses adult language... He's a legend no doubt, but now he rants more than anything. |

| Nowadays, at least in his latest "Life is worth losing" I sense he is going on to being more of a man focusing on the discusting things in life and complain about it, rather than jokingaround, its a trend thgat I see he is on since he began |

| I didn't care as much for "Life is Worth Losing". He sounded more like a grumpy old man than a comic in that one. I hope his next routine is better than this one was. |

He also cracked me up in his rant on Euphamisms when he spoke about pre-boarding an aircraft.. "What the hell is that?? You get on before you get on??" |

I also liked the one where he mimicks the Stew's pre-landing announcements.
"The Captain has requested..."
"Oh boy, more bull$h!t from this ficticious 'Captain'"
BTW, Aussie, having heard the latest current events from your neck of the woods, I think I'd like to fly Qantas very soon! Mile High Club with a Qantas stew...Ralphie was living the dream! |

Hell yeah TC!! That really makes them a "full service" airline for sure... Although after seeing her, I'm sure he could have picked a better looking one... I would have at least..
In an interesting sideline, my cousin is a flight attendant for Qantas... Yikes.. I'd better keep an eye on the girl now, hadn't I?? |

...At least we know Ralph got the "full can" and the "Kosher meal".

I haven't seen any pics of her yet. Can you link us up to one?

Please refer to my second response. |

She was interviewed on TV the other night and looked pretty rough... I think that any one of the hot female fighter pilots that have been posted in that thread would leave her for dead in the looks department.
How do the lyrics to that song go?...
"I'm some of the best times you'll never remember with me...ALCOHOL!"
I might have a go at it, but I'd need to drink a little first. Might "chunder" the next morning as you Aussie blokes would say, but what the heck, right?
