Since the joining to the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter project, TuAF is gaining a great deal of knowledge of the Electronics.

As a former member of the TAF it gives me a great pleasure that ASELSAN, Turkish Military Electronics Co. is in this very important project. ASELSAN has already proven itself with the electronic parts that they have designed for F-16s.

As most of you remember, when TuAF took delivery of the first F-16s, they were without weapons systems electronics. Engineers worked hard day and night to implement a system to the new F-16s the test were outstanding. Now the same system they have designed are improved by two other countries jointly, USA and Israel. With this new F-35 venture, TuAF Electric & Electronic Engineers will have the chance to prove that Turkey is a great ally and a competetive nation in advance electronics.

As much as TuAF will learn form the nations participating in this exciting venture, our allies will have the chance to learn some inovations from TuAF Electric & Electronic Engineers.
