Nope, thats publicity stuff for the USAF presence in Japan. Compromising the system as elp means it is that other people get put a radar and test it against on the F-22 and they know where to look for its radar returns in order to find out its more vulnerable aspects and how does an F-22 return roughly looks like. Pebble on a pebble, someday one will make the whole wall out of them....That's not what the USAF wants.
