I am trying to get information from my boys there and will post updated info if I get any on this forum. This web-site is blocked over there, as we tried checking out the site and got the old stiff arm from the Comm Nazi's.

Can you verify that airmen, currently deployed to Balad AB, have no access to F-16.net (including my forum topic "Balad Air Base Deployment Update")? Is F-16.net really "blocked" for deployed airmen of the 332nd AEW? If yes, that should be f...

I can assure you that the this site we could not access while I was there. Now there is an internet cafe there and maybe they got on that way, but in my HAS, we could not access it. Everything else you said is 100% correct, and the staff that we dealt with there was fantastic, and his really hits home for me and the guys that worked for me over there.

As of about 3 weeks ago, it's blocked here at Luke also. We get the "Red Screen of Death" as its called. It has the site classified as "Merchandising;Shopping" if I remember correctly.

It will be different for each base. Each bases comm squad will decide to add it to the filter or not. Nothing you can do about it.

For bases that choose to block it, is that from work stations only, or on the residential side of the base as well? |
