A very correct first post, Aegean Hawk!
The same weapon is known as BK-90 in Germany and is named Dispenser Weapon System 39 (DWS-39) in Sweden - used on Gripens out there.
HAF's upgraded F-4s also have it, that's why Aegean Hawk new the answer
RoAF
HAF's intergrated AFDS on A-7E's Corsairs and on F-4E's AUP (PI2000)
Now that's saving the taxpayers money! Recycling DRMO assets as weapons, whoever thought this up probably got a 25$ savings bond and a pass to the bowling alley.
This thread looks too easy! Let's complicate it a bit.
Identify the thing in the picture (designation, caliber, country of origin)
Although this topic is dead from Nov 2006 I give my shots for the,

S5-K 57mm Rocket... USSR
Bingo!
That's exactly what i posted, and what is in nasty11's picture is the same rocket in the hands of an IDF soldier - notice the UZI. The roundel is Syrian, and the wreck looks like the wing of a Su-7 attack plane.

It's the JP-233 runway denial system - (obviously) fielded on the Tornado...
Only problem is - no stand-off. You have to take that baby right "down town"!
I would not expect it to be a very popular weapon system....
