In close in dogfight, both armed with AIM-9, good visibility. How long will the L-39 last?

The L-39ZA in full combat config (2xSRAAM, 2xfuel tanks and one conformal Gsh-23 twin 23mm gun) is slow as hell and maneuvers like a pig, compared to the clean config.

Isn't the engine spool up rate for the L-39 like 12 seconds. Or am I thinking of the L-29
