| I would vote on the USA. We have a ton of female pilots out here at Luke. Just my opinion though, no facts yet. |

Depends on what figures you want I believe.
If you`re talking plain numbers, the USA is probably the biggest. If you`re talking %, you will probably find some of the other NATO allieas |

| Good question, shame there is no known database available to the public to answer that one.... |

4 IPs and 1 Student is a ton? That's less than 1 per squadron.
I don't know which country has the most based on percentage. The USAF has roughly 80 total (to include WSOs and Guard/Reserve pilots). I think that is still less than 1% of the total though.
EDIT: That number above is only for fighter type acft. You can get the total number of female pilots from AFPC--there are a bunch. |

Some of them fly F-16s, others fly different type of aircrafts consist of F-5/2000, T-38, CN-235, C-130, and helos like AS-532 Cougar....Overall, 289 Female officers( 49 flyer, 240 non-flyer) serve in the TuAF. A NATO report on Turkish Female Soldiers in the Turkish Armed Forces can be see at:
