Since these planes have excellent agility such as thrust vectoring nozzles and the Pugachev cobra, how would the F-16 fair in combat

You need to be more specific.
Out of the Su-30 variants, only the Su-30 MKI (India) has thrust vectoring.
Su-37 doesn't exist any more. A single prototype (711) was modified from a Su-35 pre-production plane by adding TVC in the mid-90's. It was lost in a crash in 2003-05, can't recall exactly.
