so is that just a normal F-16A? it is apealing to me as a very nice colour scheme to do a model in. looks like a block 15 to me. am i right?

Richard, your correct in identifying it as a 'A' model. However at the time of this paint scheme it had already been upgraded to the Block 20 MLU. |

| ahh ok. (like i said..new to all this) does anyone happen to know what the best F-16A model is to make and how to convert it to a Block 20? |

Do you mean making a model?
I suggest you read up on the different models of an F16( link on the left, version) and especially the Mlu page. Mlu stands for mid life update. The 4 original European F16 countrys updated their older F16's, thats what it is about.  |

The only accurate kit available for an MLU jet is the Revell-Germany 1:72 scale kit. None of the available 1:48 or 1:32 kits can be built as MLU-configured jets without modifications and/or aftermarket parts.
