Oh, I understand now, I simply did'nt fought it was the shortcut of this very bad word... Big No No

Sorry for not replying quickly, it was late and I had to shut down my computer. By the way I guess you also won't see my reply before 6 or 7 hours... Its GMT+2 in Israel, and you?

I think its cool that the IAF have a lot of F16 because if they haven't, the web master would have told us to go to another political website to discuss of the Lebanon war Wink

Bets of luck to you to, I'll try as possible to kill some terrorists, but I think it won't be before 3 or 4 years (I'm only 15) Shrug
Jeremy Suard.

PS: You think I speak good English because I'm using the spell check.

Hey, you're already online?
I just finished 2 hours of maths and I have a head big as a cat...
As, for your advise, don't worry, I intend to keep it.
You no, I was home schooled for 6 years, because my mother wanted me and my brothers and sister to keep our Jew identity(and religious identity) while we were in France(I'm also French), and our americans friends told us it was the best way, so now that I just entered the IAF technical school Salute (with a super note at the exam), I don't intend to become a bad boy or even not the opposite, an ultra religious one, my mother would kill me... Confused
To keep spiking on F16, I would want to be one in the IAF, but the problem is that they told me that 90% of the israeli boys wanted to be one, so you see what I mean...
You have more chance in US, they've got a lot of F16, not like the 362 in Israel.

Don't give up on your dreams though, when your ready to finish college the aircraft types would have changed anyway but start flying as you get a bit older, it will give you an edge over the other kids who want to fly. Study hard, stay in school, learn to fly when you can...remember the only difference between a dream and a goal is a "plan"...make a plan and make it happen for yourself...only "you" can make that happen if you really want it.

Nice talking with you...another point, never be afraid to speak of who you are, we are all important in this world even it appears there are more crazy people out there then sane people. Be proud, no one can take that from you, never hide who you are...that is how control starts, you take control of yourself, fear no one, live free...stand tall, be proud.

Chat later - take care little buddy (no disrespect meant there).

Hi!
Don't care, I'm chatting also to ameliorate my english(I don't have the chance to have an american in my school).
As for the future jets, Israel sayed they will keep the F16 for another More 10 years(it was in January 2006) so I'll still have the F16 when I'll become a pilot, at least at the beginning.
Jeremy Suard.

I started out as an aircraft mechanic, after many years of fixing them, I stated to manage them, one thing lead to another, next thing I know, I got a chance to fly in them, then managed the USAF Thunderbirds (flight demonstration team).

I was also assigned to the US Navy Blue Angel flight demonstration team for a few months on an exchange program, got to fly in the F-14 Tomcat and the F-18 Hornet (many times). When I retired from the USAF, I started to fly for Cessna out of Texas, bought and sold aircraft while ferrying them to customers...fun stuff, scary at times but fun.

So see, you too can fly...just stick with it. I was a kid brought up in a home for lost kids in New York City, by the time I was your age, I was in gangs, fighting all the time, getting into trouble all the time. But I got drafted into the US Army but joined the USAF instead, it changed my life (I like it) and got into fixing aircraft and loved that more and it changed me forever (good thing too)...who knows what I would have done if not for the USAF Smile

So you can see, it is all up to you what you do

I even got to meet and dine (have dinner) with President Ronald Reagan, you never know where your job might take you huh.

Wow, you're a super fighter pilot as I see, you were on the F-14 and F-18, and in the Blue Angels!!!

You look pretty nice on the pictures, just as the pilots in the Hollywood movies.

You've got a pretty good looking uniform to, I've got a beige one because I'm an IAF soldier.
I also love Cessna(in flight simulator) but the beechcraft king air 350 is better, you should try it if you can, he's making a beautiful noise, I like it.
By the way, my father also was mechanic on airplanes in the french army, but instead of continuing, he sailed to the west Indies and became engineer on boats.

Jeremy Suard.

PS How can you add pictures to the reply?

Jeremy, NO...I am Not a fighter pilot but have had the chance to fly in many, many fighters that I either worked on or managed.

I was involved with many special programs (starting back in 1975) that gave me the chance to fly in them, that is how I got to fly in fighters. I was not a fighter pilot (but I would have loved to be one but started my education well after the cut off age to actually become one in the USAF).

I became a fixed wing (propeller drive aircraft) pilot after I retired from the USAF in 1996. still fly for fun now.

To add pictures, first hit the preview button, then hit the Add an Attachment button, then hit the browse button (that opens your files on your computer, then select your photo), then hit preview, so you can see it before you hit :submit: button and your done (unless the picture is too big, then you must shrink it down ) and it is then loaded up onto this site...give it a try.

Here is one when I first starting flying in fighters, these types of programs don't exist in the USAF anymore, I was very lucky back then to have had this chance.

Hi deepSpace!!!
You'll see its much better to be a military then a free man, especially when you've got the IAF uniform, which is the nicer.
Normally you should have the same then me but with an other insignia(mine is the Shoharim one, its all the soldiers under 18 that are learning in military schools).
I'm not in technion yet, I'm only 15 and entering cita youd ( don't know watt is it in english), but if I fail at course tais(pilot Race) and if I work very good, the army will pay me technion, cool no?
Have a nice weekend to Tom(Meathook)! Thumb
Good luck for your army service DeepSpace! Salute
Jeremy Suard.

Thanks.
That's very nice, so good luck with your studies. And yeah I agree, the air force uniform is the best Smile. If everything will go alright, I should be joining LAMDAN (= Lahak Modi'in), the intelligence unit of the air force.

Hey, I have a trick for all Israeli militarys, you know, if you loose you badge, you must pay something like 20 dollars, but on the website www.zahal.org you can have it for just 6.5 dollars shipping included, its a good deal... Thumb
You must be very strong in maths if you're entering the intelligence unit, and you must love exams also. Not Worthy
By the way, in which city are you living?
I live in Ashdod.
Jeremy Suard.
