The ALC (Air Logistic Center or Command) for the F-16 is based at Hill AFB in Utah. They might be there to learn about logistics, maintenance, etc. Just a guess, I don't have any firsthand knowledge of PAF presence in Utah. Luke AFB in Arizona, not Hill, is the F-16 "pilot training" base.

"P"? Pakis? Poles? Portugese? There's so many to choose from!

Please confirm which "P" Also consider not telling us unless the local paper has already published something to the effect. Don't want to goof any possible OPSEC. Just my 2 cents. Wink

There are many different Air Forces represented at Hill AFB Ut in a Liason capacity. They are usually here on a work assignment for a specified period of time (1,2 or 3 years etc). Perhaps this is what he was refering to.
