| What kind of upgrades does the EAF Mig-21s received?....& what is the difference between this upgraded Mig-21 & the EAF Chinese F-7s? |

Both the MiG-21 and the F-7 in service with the EAF have been modernized.
The MiG-21s have been modernized ot carry Western AAMs. 12 of the F-7s in service with the EAF (which are partly Egyptian build) have also been modernized to carry Western AAMs. |

The EAFs MiG-21 fleet was upgraded in the begining of the 80s and fitted with new Doppler radar systems and Sidewinder AAMs and the J-7s with RR-550 AAMs.

the egyptian F-7 are made in the 80`s but some of this airplanes are buy for Iraq(Iran-Iraq war 1980-88 )
the first version of [Link pending approval] J-7 it´s a copy of MiG-21F-13, later with western help in radars and warfare systems optional the AIM-9P Sidewinder, Mattra Magic 550 or AIM-7 Sparrow
