I have the game F-22 L3 and the F-22 flies real heavy in that game. It's as if it's going to stall during a break turn or something. Also compared to the F-16 game by Novalogic, the F-22 turns a lot less tighter even with the thrust vectoring engines/nozzles. I just wanted to know if these games are really modeled after the real thing because the guys that play these games are telling me that they are modeled after the real aircraft.

Also, is the F-22 allowed to carry external stores like it is in the game? I mean wouldn't carrying external stores kill your "stealthiness"?

Carrying external stores would kill "stealthiness", but the F-22 has the ability to do so.
As for the game, dunno, never played it... or maybe I played the demo once, but I can't remember

Well, for anyone who wants to try to see what I'm talking about, theres a free download I believe at www.novalogic.com. You get, I believe, a 45 minute or 1 hour trial, I'm not sure. Well, thanks.

BTW- It's my 20th post! Wo0t!

Since the Novalogic game came out before the real F-22 was flying I seriously doubt it was that accurate. Then there's that little thing called classified data that Novalogic could not have had access to anyway. Besides, who could dispute them on the accuracy? No one else knew either.

Novalogic did claim that Lockheed cooperated on the flight model in their F-16 Multirole Fighter simulation but, when compared to Falcon 4.0, it still seemed 'dumbed down'.

Yeah, Ive played the game in question. Realism for Novologic has always taken a backseat for them as far as flight sims go. They were too arcadish for my taste. Janes is pretty much the standard to which everything else is measured now days.
