There is far more to making a "navalized" F-22 than a tailhook or being capable of a carrier take-off like the FH-2 Banshee. I have read nothing about RAM, other exposed surfaces and their ability to tolerate sea spray. Intakes redesigned so it won't injest hot catapult steam. (Efficient flight operations on a carrier will not allow if an aircraft starts its take-off run back near the 'aft most' arresting gear.)
The landing gear must be modified (launch bar, hold back links, tailhook, etc.) along with the entire structure integrated to withstand carrier operations. The naval version of the F-35 is 2,500 pounds heavier than its land based cousins.
