On July 4, 2003 the first F-16 to wear the 20th Aniversary tail art was finished. It is expected to be joined by 3 more Vipers by August when a special event will be held at Base Libertador.
You can see the pictures in the gallery here at [Link pending approval] They are the work of Ivan Peña, who organized the whole effort in order to have the designs by Jose Lugo ready for this ocasion.
These are, to my knolwedge, the first special schemes worn by any FAV aircraft.
