About the Homeland security, I'm not sure I got what do you mean by the sentence

Homeland Security, a post-9/11 knee-jerk reaction to address the naivity of the US public's notion of the security of their homeland.

| The IAI and RAFAEL mean by Homeland Security to special defensive systems, such as Border Security, Coastal Control Surveillance Systems or Air Defense systems etc... ; and yes, I think that the Homeland Security programs here are taken more seriously than those of the USA during the 9/11. |

You're right about that Deep, in Israel homeland security actually means HOMELAND SECURITY.... Here it's a joke. I agree with what h2 said comepletely.
