Saw this article about a bunker busting weapon. Deep Digger. Is this for real?

Saw the same article in New Scientist. A novel way of opening hardened bunkers. |

LMAO! I had more fun reading the comments! LMAO!
Quote:
This is a good start, but clearly the ultimate bunker penetrator is a big-a$$ robot that drills down, then wails on everyone in the bunker. Then you can capture the bunker for yourself, earning you more points.
N00B, that is clearly HAXING at its finest.

Same here! Seriously funny it was too
I sometimes wonder if the Pentagon just puts out stories to make certain people with underground bunkers squirm a little |

You know, if you turn the picture 90 degrees either way, you sure do get a Freudian connotation (even the name is suggestive)..... |

Salute!
Heh heh heh.
I'm looking at one of our A-7D public relations stickies that LTV handed out - "A-7 pilots do it day and night". And the sucker actually glows in the dark.
The worse one we had was "A-7 pilots penetrate further, stay longer and drop a bigger load" 'nuff said.
